Vice-President Scott Lyles called the meeting to order and requested all cell phones silenced.
Opening Prayer: Tim Duke

Introduction of Guests/New Members: None
Next, Vice-President Lyles asked if there were any corrections or changes to the minutes as printed in the newsletter from our meeting in September, 2021. There were none and the minutes were affirmed by acclamation.
Secretary’s Report: Carol Duke requested updated information for the roster and directory be furnished as soon as possible.
Those present for the meeting were: Johnny & Brenda Bean, Tim & Carol Duke, Norm & Carol Fitzgerald, Ty & Delores Kolb, Vaughn & Janie Linders, Scott & Darla Lyles, Mike & Sharon McCollough, and Bud & Elaine Toleos.

Motion to accept the Treasurer’s Report was made by Tim Duke and seconded by Sharon McCollough. Motion carried.
Wagon Master Report: Tim Duke advised there were nine (9) rigs present. Our next camp in November will be at Coffee Creek RV Park in Santo, Texas. Their management has requested that each rig book their spot with their individual credit card as soon as possible.
Sunshine Report: Brenda Bean advised that Lou Brush was being released from the hospital for home.

Chaplain’s Report: Tim Duke advised we would meet at 9:00 a.m.
Birthdays and Anniversaries: Vice President Lyles noted the birthdays of Janie Linders, Jo Ellen and Lou Brush. Anniversaries being celebrated were Bud & Elaine Toleos and Scott & Darla Lyles. Congratulations to all.
President’s Report: Scott advised there was no new information to share.There will be a sign up for food at the November/Thanksgiving Camp after the meeting as well as a sign up for 2022 Hosting by month.
Host Report: Ty Kolb advised that the cost of th catered meal wa $6.00 per person to be ready at 5:30 p.m. Please clear the hall by 4:30 p.m.
Committee Reports: Nominating Committee Chair Janie Linders reported that the slate of new officer who had agreed to serve were:

Treasurer Carol Duke
Scott asked if anyone had any other nominations who would agree to serve. As there were none,
there was a unanimous vote to accept the slate as presented.

New Business: Janie Linders suggested that we might want to tour the Baker Hotel since our last visit to see the progress. She will look into it.
Vice-President Lyles asked if there was any other business to discuss. Tim Duke made a motion to adjourn that was seconded by Mike McCollough. The meeting was adjourned.
