Meeting was called to order by: President Wayne Brush. He requested that all cell phones be silenced.
Opening prayer was given by : Jay Delmar

Bud Toles still having problems after his surgery.
His Doctor is recommending shots.
Patsy Irby: Has news tests and new medication.
Cancer is in check still taking treatments
Shirl Nelson: Had the implant and had problems and is now improved.
Darla Lyles: I have severe arthritis in my neck and four to five facets sit on top of each other.
I will have facet block in injections Friday Feb 14th.
I also have severe arthritis in my back with the last four vertebrae found with severe stenosis or thicking
of the spine due to arthritis. During the lower MRI they found something else that requires an ultra sound.
I don’t have any information on that yet.

New Business:  A Board of Directors Meeting was held prior to the Chapter Meeting.
Since the attendance was low all  Members and the Visitor were invited to attend.
Three patches was reviewed and the patch with the state of Texas and and a Class A 
Motor Home with colors red and blue with white star and gold lettering was chosen.
The cost of a patch is $8.50 plus tax or sewn on the Chambray Shirts is $11.00 plus tax.
The Chambray Shirts had already been chosen and Chapter Vote approved at the January Meeting.
Sharon McCollough recommended that each Chapter Member pay for their own shirt and that the
Chapter pay for one Patch for each member.
Every one was in agreement.
It was discussed that the Yearbook Information be listed on the Website.
National and State are currently available.
The Chapter information would be created by Norm.
Individual Member information including pictures would be Password Protected.
All were in agreement except on the Individual Member Information.
There was no decision on the Individual Member information.
This will be discussed and voted on at the next Chapter Meeting.
Wayne will update the Chapter Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Chapter Requirements and e-mail them out to Texas Travelers Members
for a vote.
Our SOPs require a notice prior to a Chapter Vote.
The changes will be voted on by Secret Ballot at the next Meeting.
During the Chapter Meeting ,Wayne called for a Motion to approve The Board of Directors and Member discussions prior the the Chapter Meeting.
Mike McCollough made the Motion and Carol Fitzgerald  seconded the Motion.
The vote carried and he Motion consisting of the earlier discussions was approved by accumulation.
Scott Lyle said that he needs Hosts and Reporters.
Jay Delmar reported that the State Rally will be held in Canton Tx. this year  April 9th thru 12.
Jay also reported that they have a phone agreement for the Canton Mini Rally starting September,16th thru 20.
Jay also brought up the Marcus Lamonis comments in Motorhome and Trailer Life magazines stating “If You Are Not Happy
I Am Not Happy”
He is going to coordinate a series of letters addressed to Lamonis  addressing that the Chapters could use more help
in recruiting new members.
Gloria Delmar brought up the subject of  Chapter Member Trips.
We have previously discussed a trip to Mountain View Arkansas.
Scoot Lyle also brought up  the possibility of a Palo Duro  Canyon Trip.
Wayne asked him if he would get details on Palo Duro Canyon.
